Terms of Use
Effective date: 4 October 2026 · Version 2
Private use
YouTube Portfolio Automation is a single-owner project restricted to its configured owner and approved channels. Its operator is QaaS — private channel project, without a claim of a registered legal entity. Information pages do not provide access to the private dashboard or invite other people to connect accounts.
YouTube and Google services
By using this application, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Review and agree to the approved Privacy Policy before using the app's features. Google's services remain subject to their applicable terms and policies.
The app is independently operated. Google or YouTube approval or endorsement is not claimed.
Current functionality and candidate status
The current deployed app supports channel-authorization setup and channel-ID verification. It cannot upload, publish, collect analytics or run a publishing schedule. A separate, offline-tested publisher and privacy-maintenance candidate is not installed or live-validated.
The candidate requires approved policy configuration and policy acceptance before its feature or consent operations. Installation, Google authorization, optional maintenance setup and release authority are separate steps. Publishing directly through YouTube Studio does not activate this candidate.
Control and content responsibility
Only connect channels you are entitled to manage. A Google consent grant is not an instruction to publish a video. The candidate starts uploads as private and must follow authorized release decisions, channel, content, metadata, audience/disclosure settings, visibility and scheduling instructions. Public or unlisted release remains subject to applicable authority and platform/audit restrictions.
The owner remains responsible for content rights and applicable platform requirements. Do not bypass restrictions, share credentials or interfere with other accounts. Functions not supplied by the app can be managed directly in YouTube Studio.
Availability and maintenance
The application depends on Google services, permissions, quotas, storage, channel eligibility and working execution. Processing, publication timing, uninterrupted operation and monetization are not guaranteed. There is no payment or subscription feature.
The candidate's daily privacy maintenance is separately authorized and does not publish videos. The operator must check execution and manually resolve failures or revoked-controller access to meet the approved data-retention deadlines. Offline tests are not a long-term runtime guarantee.
Stopping use and deletion
You may stop using the app and revoke access. The candidate's app-wide disconnect stops further work, clears app-held API data and attempts Google revocation; provider failures require follow-up. Revocation can affect other OAuth clients/scopes in the same Google project. The full process and deadlines are described in the Privacy Policy.
Original media, original release plans and existing YouTube videos are not automatically deleted by disconnecting. Request deletion of original files separately and manage existing YouTube content directly.
Changes and contact
Material changes to data use or permissions will be disclosed before activation, with required consent. For questions, complaints or deletion requests, email eldar.aslanbeily@gmail.com.
