A private tool for the owner's YouTube channels
YouTube Portfolio Automation is a single-owner application built on Google Apps Script. Access is restricted to its configured owner and an explicit list of owner-approved channels. There is no public registration.
Current deployment: authorization setup only
The deployed dashboard displays local connection status and can prepare a Google consent flow for an allowed channel. After consent, it checks the selected channel's ID using YouTube API Services.
At this review checkpoint, no channel grant is connected. This version cannot upload or publish videos, collect analytics or run a publishing schedule.
Publisher candidate: implemented offline, not installed
A separate candidate has been prepared and tested offline. It stages owner-selected MP4s in private, app-created Google Drive files and keeps original release plans in a private Google Sheet. Uploads begin as private; an authorized visibility or scheduling change is a separate, gated step.
The candidate also includes bounded storage for API-returned data, app-wide disconnect and deletion controls, and an optional daily privacy-maintenance process. None of these candidate features or its maintenance trigger is installed or live-validated. Direct publishing through YouTube Studio is a separate workflow.
Data and control
The Privacy Policy explains the current and proposed permissions, storage, hosting, revocation and retention practices. The candidate requires the approved policy and terms to be configured and accepted before its features or consent flow can be used.
Google authorization is not an instruction to publish. Installation, maintenance setup and release authority remain separate requirements. No analytics feature or general unattended publishing service is installed.
